Recognizing your brain state—Guided Meditation

Most of us are unaware of changes in the state of our brain and the resulting changes in our capabilities.This meditation is designed to help you identify your brain state. It is not necessary to have an understanding of brain states to benefit from this meditation. It will guide you in stopping to check in with how you are thinking, feeling, behaving and perceiving—thus introducing you to how changes in our brain state manifest in our lives.
