Compassion & Joy Guided Meditations or Mantras

A set of two short instructional meditations or mantras; the compassion mantra and the reward mantra. The compassion mantra is based on the work of Kristen Neff, Ph.D. and is designed to help you develop a practice of self-compassion, and can be especially useful for those hard to deal with moments. The reward mantra is designed to help you underline moments of joy or reward in your life to help counteract the tendency of the brain to pay more attention to painful events in our lives than those that bring us joy.
